How I Work

In an initial free 30 - 45 minute session we discover what you would like to change. We explore the root causes of any limiting beliefs, thought patterns or events that may be impacting you negatively now and how I can help. From there we book the date for your Inner Alchemy session.

The Inner Alchemy process is a combination of NLP techniques, hypnosis and timeline work

designed to transform thoughts, emotions, perceptions and perspectives around past and or future events and create freedom from (including but not only) :

• Limiting Beliefs

• Fears and phobias

• Unhealthy/unhelpful patterns

• Stress and anxieties

• Indecision and unclear visions for the future

• Lack of confidence or Self Esteem

​What does NLP stand for?

Neuro (is about our mind, our mindset and the way we think)

Linguistic (is about our language, both verbal and non-verbal)

Programming (is about our behaviours and our emotions and the patterns that have evolved.

What does the Inner Alchemy Process Do ?

​

NLP techniques and or Hypnosis aim to help you change your mind to change

the way you think, feel and behave. Transforming unhelpful ways of thinking and

removing the emotional charge or fears from past events or situations.

 Hypnosis allows access to the subconscious mind, bypassing the conscious thinking mind, to work directly with our subconscious mind which controls most of our behaviours.

 Timeline work allows us to travel along your mental timeline path and release negative emotions

fears or limiting beliefs without having to actually revisit any associated events.​​​​
