We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. 

We only use information that you have voluntarily provided and have given your consent for us to collect and record.  We will use information that we collect about you lawfully.  Any data you provide is for our own use and is never shared with a third party without your permission. 

The type of information we collect and record is normally your name, email address and telephone number.  For clients, we may collect and record other details such as home address, date of birth, purchase history. All information will be provided by you and will only be collected with your consent.  We will not collect or record sensitive information about you.

The information provided by you is used to:-

  • Maintain contact details provided by you

  • Maintain client records

  • Provide information and newsletters (for which you will have given consent or chosen to opt in to one of our email lists)

  • Notify you from time to time about events and services that we think you may find of interest (for which you will have given consent or chosen to opt in to one of our email lists).

 You can unsubscribe from receiving emails, newsletters and information at any time.  Your details can be removed from our records if you wish, subject to any legal accounting requirements.   

Your information is held securely.  Electronic records are password protected.    Manual records are stored in a locked cabinet.    Email lists are password protected and/or via a GDPR compliant provider.  

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.  You can view and check the information we hold about you by emailing jan.greetham@gmail.com  If you tell us about any inaccuracies we will correct it or delete it promptly.
